Dear friends of Chinese Women In the City,
We are pleased to extend an invitation to you for our upcoming in person social event, "Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling: Confronting Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gaps" in celebration of ESEA Heritage Month and our 5th anniversary. This event aims to highlight the challenges and barriers faced by ESEA communities in the workplace, share strategies for support, and provide a platform for networking. As a member of Chinese Women in the City who is passionate about initiating your own ESEA network and championing gender and ethnicity equality in the workplace, this event is uniquely tailored for you. We aim to provide a platform where you can gain valuable insights, share experiences, and build a supportive community.
