Polaris — the North Star, always shining in the northern sky, has been guiding navigators for eons. Just as Polaris guides, a mentor is an experienced and trusted adviser, lighting the way for their mentee. Whether it's a peer, senior, or someone new in the field, a mentor is the compass of integrity, support, and investment in one's growth.

2021 saw the inception of the Polaris Mentorship Programme by CWIC (Chinese Women in the City). Our mission? To ensure everyone finds their guiding North Star in the professional world. As the glow of summer fades into autumn, we're thrilled to announce the official launch of the third season!

🌟 Become a Mentor: Dive deep into CWIC's flagship initiative, enhance your leadership capabilities, expand your network, and pass on the legacy of mentorship. But it's not just about guiding; it's about forging bonds of friendship, mutual growth, and leaving a lasting impact.

🌟 Mentees, Shine Bright!: Face challenges head-on, set clear goals, and let your mentor guide you towards them. At the end of the journey, share your newfound insights and achievements with the community.

Highlights of the Programme:

• Anticipated Duration: January 2024 for six months.
• Meeting Mode: Mentee-led, online or offline, decided mutually.
• Commitment: Around 2 hours/month by the mentor.
